By using this website, whether to browse, submit a form, register for a programme, book a call or apply for a role, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site.

Where you engage a specific Bond & Beyond practice for a paid service, for example a consultancy engagement, a travel booking or a BPO contract, the specific proposal, quotation or agreement you sign with that practice governs the service itself. These terms govern the website and, unless that agreement says otherwise, sit alongside it.

Bond & Beyond Holdings is a corporate services group headquartered in Colombo, Sri Lanka, with a second office opening in Melbourne, Australia. We operate across five practices: Travel & Tourism, Professional Education, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Consultancy & Taxation, and the B&B Intermediary Hub. Each practice operates with its own expertise, its own team and its own client relationships, and each sector page on this site says plainly what that practice can take on right now.

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use this site to enquire about or engage our services. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should act on your behalf, which is particularly relevant for Professional Education registrations completed by a learner under 18.

Where a service involves an account, most notably a Learning Management System (LMS) login issued after Professional Education registration, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for anything that happens under your account. If you believe your LMS login has been compromised, contact us immediately using the details below.

Registration forms ask you to confirm that the information you provide is true and complete. Please answer accurately, in particular on identity, qualification and contact fields; we rely on what you tell us to verify eligibility, issue certification and reach you when it matters.

When using this site, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through any form
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, another user's LMS account, or our underlying systems
• Interfere with the site's normal operation, including through scraping at a volume that degrades the service, or by circumventing spam or security controls
• Use the site to send unsolicited commercial messages through our contact, booking or enquiry forms
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes another person's rights

We may suspend or refuse a submission, a booking, an LMS account or any other access to the site where we reasonably believe this section has been breached.

We take reasonable care to keep the information on this site accurate, including sector descriptions, course content, package pricing and availability, but details can change after publication. Where accuracy genuinely matters, such as a course fee, a travel package price or a tax deadline, treat what is on the site as indicative and confirm the current position with the relevant practice before relying on it.

If you submit content to us, for example a CV, a testimonial or an asset listing on the Intermediary Hub, you confirm you have the right to share it and you grant us a licence to use it for the purpose you shared it for, such as reviewing an application or publishing a listing.

The Bond & Beyond name, the “Bond & Beyond” wordmark, and the text, design, layout and (subject to the section above) imagery on this site belong to Bond & Beyond Holdings or our licensors, unless stated otherwise. You may view, download and print pages of this site for your own personal or internal business use, for example to review a course syllabus or a travel itinerary, but you may not reproduce, republish or exploit any part of it commercially without our written permission.

The website is one shopfront for five different kinds of work. Some points that apply specifically to each:

Professional Education

Registering through this site is the first step, not enrolment itself; admissions verifies your details and issues LMS login credentials before you are formally linked to a course. Course fees, refund terms and academic policies are set out at the point of enrolment and in materials provided by the institute, and take precedence over anything general stated on a sector page.

Travel & Tourism

Package pricing, availability and itinerary details shown on this site are subject to change and to confirmation at the time of booking. Many components of a travel package, flights, accommodation and local operators among them, are supplied by third parties whose own terms and conditions apply to that part of your trip; we will tell you when that is the case.

Business Process Outsourcing

Any BPO engagement is governed by the specific statement of work or service agreement signed between you and Bond & Beyond, not by the general description of the practice on this site.

Consultancy & Taxation

Nothing on this site constitutes tax, legal or financial advice you can rely on. Advice we give in that capacity is provided only once we have formally engaged with you, understood your specific circumstances, and confirmed the engagement in writing.

B&B Intermediary Hub

Where a listing on the Intermediary Hub is submitted by a third party, we do not independently verify every detail of it, and we are not a party to any transaction you enter into with a listing owner. Check anything material to your decision directly with the listing owner before proceeding.

Careers

Submitting a job application does not create any offer or guarantee of employment. We may run reference or background checks appropriate to a role before making an offer, and we will tell you if that applies to the role you have applied for.

Where a service involves a fee, whether a course fee, a travel package price or a consultancy engagement, pricing and payment terms are confirmed separately at the point of booking or enrolment, not fixed by anything general stated elsewhere on the site. Prices may be shown inclusive or exclusive of tax depending on the practice; we will make clear which applies before you pay.

This site links to, and in places embeds, services we do not control, including WhatsApp, Google Maps, and travel suppliers referenced on our Travel & Tourism pages. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or availability of any third-party service, and linking to one is not an endorsement of everything on it. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's own terms.

We keep this site running and up to date on a reasonable-efforts basis, but it is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of every inaccuracy, and we make no warranty about the outcome of any service beyond what is expressly agreed in writing for that engagement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bond & Beyond is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, including loss of profit, data or opportunity, even if we have been advised such loss was possible. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Where you have a separate signed agreement with a Bond & Beyond practice, that agreement's liability terms govern the service it covers.

You agree to indemnify Bond & Beyond against reasonable claims, losses or costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site, except to the extent caused by our own negligence or breach.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. If a dispute arises, we would ask you to raise it with us directly first, using the contact details below, so we have a genuine chance to resolve it informally. If that does not resolve things, the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in the country where you live.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Our failure to enforce a provision on one occasion is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights under these terms without our consent; we may assign ours, for example as part of a group restructuring, provided your protections under this policy continue. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed agreement for a specific engagement, are the entire agreement between us for that subject matter.

We may update these terms as our practices grow or as the law requires. We will post the revised version here with an updated date at the top of the page. Continuing to use the site after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms; where a change is material, we will make that clear on this page rather than relying on the date alone.
