About the role
Private itineraries, designed end to end from the first client enquiry through to the ground coordinator's handover. Twice a year, minimum, you're driving the routes yourself, so the timings and road conditions in your itinerary come from a trip you actually made.
What you would do
- Design private itineraries from first enquiry to coordinator handover
- Cost routes accurately against supplier and transport rates
- Drive assigned routes in person at least twice a year
- Brief ground coordinators on itinerary detail before departure
What we are looking for
- Prior experience planning multi-day travel itineraries
- A valid driving licence
- Working knowledge of Sri Lankan road networks and travel times
