About the role
Every listing the hub publishes has been through verification first, and this is that role. You will work through deeds, survey plans, registrations and finance records, and you will visit sites to confirm that what is on paper matches what is on the ground. The job carries a real veto: if you cannot verify ownership, the asset does not get listed, and that decision is yours to make and defend.
What you would do
- Verify title, extent and survey plans for land and building listings
- Confirm vehicle registration, ownership history and any outstanding finance
- Inspect machinery on site and record condition and service history accurately
- Write the verification note that accompanies each listing, including what could not be confirmed
What we are looking for
- Experience in property, banking, insurance or vehicle registration work
- Comfortable reading deeds, survey plans and registration documents
- Willing to travel to sites across the country
- Prepared to tell a seller their asset will not be listed, and say why
